Nneka Onyilofor is an educator, author, speaker, coach, consultant, content creator and CEO of Curated Legacy LLC. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and she has worked in higher education diversity positions ever since. A former college instructor of African American and African history, Nneka's travels to West Africa, the Caribbean and Brazil helped inspire her, as she examined what she referred to as "the return of rap in Africa" - an intersection of West African and African American culture.

Nneka has been published in local newspapers, magazines and anthologies. In memory of her father and brother, she co-authored a children's book with her mother titled, My Brother Adam: A Journey with Schizophrenia. Most recently she published her second book titled, My Own Gaze: Memoir of an Invisible Black Woman.

After publishing her memoir, Nneka has gone from being invisible to viral. Her YouTube channel has thousands of subscribers and views in the millions.
